Walk-In Support for the ICS Help Desk

It is highly recommended that all users contact the ICS Help Desk by email or phone for remote support prior to visiting the office in-person.

In light of the global pandemic, the ICS Help Desk will be operating with the following special considerations: 

Face masks or face coverings are recommended. For your safety and the safety of others, individuals exhibiting symptoms of illness may be asked to contact the ICS Help Desk by email or phone.
